Okay, okay - correction! I actually donated $999.99 because of the limit on my debit card. Fortunately, though, I could made up for it a bit by choosing the Red Cross, since the Canadian government’s matching program made the real donation closer to $2,000.
Mathematics aside, we’ve come a long, long way from last week, and I’d like to thank everyone - the hundreds of people in this newsletter - who got together for this cause.
There’s no shortage of people waiting for our help, so let’s not let them down. We still have miles to go, and bigger things (much bigger things) are just ahead.
